अतिसक्रिय मूत्राशय / Overactive Bladder (OAB)

Oeractive Bladder, OAB is One of the very common causes of urinary incontinence in women and also in men.

After we pass urine and come back from toilet, the bladder should silently allow filling of urine for a reasonable time. When it does not allow and keeps causing frequent sensations to pass urine or sudden leaks, then it may be OAB….But Only when all other conditions causing similar symptoms are ruled out!!

जब हम मूत्रत्याग करते हैं और शौचालय से वापस आते हैं, तो मूत्राशय को उचित समय के लिए चुपचाप मूत्र भरने की अनुमति देनी चाहिए। जब यह अनुमति नहीं देता है और बार-बार पेशाब आने या अचानक रिसाव होने की अनुभूति पैदा करता रहता है, तो यह OAB हो सकता है… लेकिन केवल तभी जब समान लक्षण पैदा करने वाली अन्य सभी स्थितियों को खारिज कर दिया जाता है !!
